- Leib & Katt handled the first case in Wisconsin dealing with the issue of who owns or has possessory rights to pathology/cytology slides. Circuit Court ruled in favor of our client, a pathology lab, and determined no requirement that slides be transferred to the plaintiff, the widower of a cervical cancer victim. The case was dismissed without payment.
