Heather L. Utlaut, Attorney
Heather received her B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 2004, where she graduated Magna cum laude. She received her J.D. from Marquette University in 2007, upon an early graduation. While at Marquette Heather was a national moot court competitor and earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law.
