- The plaintiff alleged that in delaying surgery for 48 hours after a fall down a flight of stairs, the hospital and surgeon had caused permanent brain damage in a 40-year-old teacher and mother of two. The case ended with a defense verdict.
- Our client, a hospital pathology lab, was accused of delaying the diagnosis of a fracture. Leib & Katt obtained a dismissal in the circuit court which was argued in Supreme Court.
- Our client allegedly delayed diagnosis and treatment of a malignant melanoma. The case was dismissed without payment.
