Kevin A. Christensen, Shareholder
Kevin Christensen is a shareholder in the firm and focuses his work primarily on construction litigation, construction insurance issues, and general litigation matters, including employment disputes and premises liability. Mr. Christensen has extensive litigation experience in both Federal and State Courts representing general contractors, subcontractors, engineers and home building inspectors in complex construction litigation. He also frequently represents large retailers in premises liability litigation. Mr. Christensen has extensive jury trial experience and has participated in numerous arbitrations and administrative proceedings in his focused areas of practice. He was admitted to the bar in 1990 in Wisconsin and for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Mr. Christensen received both a B.S. in Journalism (1986) and a J.D. (1990) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kevin was born in Racine, Wisconsin on September 26, 1963. He lives in Nashotah with wife Rebecca and children Sara and Sam.
