Mark D. Malloy, Shareholder

Mark Malloy is a trial lawyer with first chair jury trial experience. He advises companies across Wisconsin and the country on litigation matters. Mark's practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, asbestos litigation, and real estate development and brokerage litigation. Since his admission to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota in 1998, Mark has tried several cases to jury, and has extensive experience litigating and resolving matters to the satisfaction of his clients. He also has litigated several appellate matters to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
