- Our client was allegedly delayed in the diagnosis of intermittent volvulos in a teen-aged child. The case was dismissed at trial court, and when argued in the Court of Appeals, affirmed. A petition to the Supreme Court was denied.
- Dismissed without payment, this case involved the death of a neonate within eight hours of birth due to a congenital hypertropohic cardiomyopathy.
