Samuel J. Leib, Shareholder

Samuel J. Leib specializes in all areas of health care representation, general litigation and business disputes. He was admitted to the bar in California in 1977 and in Wisconsin in 1981; and to U.S. District Courts as follows: Central District of California (1978), Eastern District of Wisconsin (1982) and to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 1993.

He received his BA from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1974 and his JD from Southwestern University in 1977.

Sam has been on the faculty of Marquette Law School since l999 and continues to teach in the area of health care litigation; he has also been a guest lecturer in trial advocacy. Sam's community activities have included service on the Milwaukee Regional Cable Commission, North Shore Cable Commission, Congregation Sinai Board of Directors and the Village of Bayside Tax Review Board.

Sam was born in Los Angeles on January 22, 1953. He lives in Bayside with wife Rosalie. The Leibs have three children: Steven, Brenden and Rebecca.
