Attorney William Katt retained on helicopter crash in Nebraska

Attorney William Katt has been retained to represent two entities in a helicopter crash case venued in Lincoln, Nebraska. Katt was hired to substitute for prior counsel and represent the defendants, the deceased Plaintiff's employer, under a claim brought for "negligent failure to maintain pilot records." Katt is arguing that the new claim is not recognizable under Nebraska law and in fact has never been maintained anywhere in the United States.
