Attorneys Leib and Kuchan Speak on Pharmacist Liability
Sam Leib and Katherine Kuchan were asked to address the Milwaukee area office of Omnicare, the nation's largest provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities. Omnicare has one of the world's largest research organizations.
Their presentation was on pharmacist liability, specifically related to professional negligence and pharmacist malpractice, as well as pharmacist licensing issues/disciplinary procedures with the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing and the Pharmacy Examining Board.
William Katt Authors Article for CSP Magazine
Bill Katt was asked to author an article for CSP magazine regarding product liability and its implications for convenience store retailers when they sell foreign-manufactured products. The article will run in the March 2004 issue.
CSP magazine is part of CSP Information Group, which serves the convenience store/petroleum industry. It has a circulation of 50,000, going to decision-makers in the convenience and retail petroleum industries.
