Physician Privileges Successfully Defended
Attorney Samuel J. Leib and associate attorney Nadya Shewczyk were successful in avoiding revocation of a physician's privileges at a Wisconsin hospital. After lengthy proceedings and appellate review, it was determined that the revocation was an unreasonable penalty for a physician who provided appropriate treatment, albeit arguably beyond his hospital privileges.
