On July 25, 2006, Attorneys Kevin Christensen, Mark Malloy and Sean Gaynor were featured speakers at a seminar regarding Medical Records Law in Wisconsin.
Attorney Christensen discussed the use of medical records at trial. Attorney Malloy discussed Wisconsin's Peer Review Privilege under Wis. Stat. 146.38 and Attorney Gaynor spoke about the disclosure of confidential medical information under Wis. Stat. 146.82. The seminar was held at the Best Western Midway Hotel in Brookfield, WI. The audience consisted of medical record custodians, hospital administrators and attorneys.
