Attorneys Leib and Knott Speak on Governmental Claims
August, 2003 - Sam Leib and Douglas Knott were keynote speakers at the annual defense counsel conference of the Aegis Corporation, the claims representatives for Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Company. Leib and Katt spoke on August 8 on the issues of punitive damages, nursing home liability and jail deaths.
Governor's Office Appoints Sam Leib to Represent the Fund
August, 2003 - Wisconsin Governor James Doyle's office has selected Sam Leib to represent the Wisconsin Patients' Compensation Fund, a fund created by the Wisconsin legislature to provide malpractice coverage to physicians.
