Attorneys Katt and Malloy Successfully Resolve Shell Lake Case
Attorneys Bill Katt and Mark Malloy, who were lead defense counsel in the case of City of Shell Lake v. Advanced Drainage Systems, Bob Thompson & Sons and Envirosystems Consulting Group, are pleased to announce that the case has been successfully resolved.
The case arises out of a lake discharge project in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, which was designed to eliminate high lake water levels. Unfortunately, problems developed with the system after it was activated. Katt and Malloy developed a discovery strategy, which brought the parties to the table and resulted in a settlement being reached.
